The Salesman took the time to actually listen to what we wanted. Then assisted with my wife picking out what best fitted our needs. He brought out samples of fabric. We were able to order exactly what we wanted. Other places told us 6-8 months to order or some said you could not order at all.

I was looking for an outdoor chair for around the pool, and a large cushion for a daybed that the mice chewed up. I found several choices of the outdoor chairs and bought one, and found a better daybed than I already have, and will buy their daybed. The only disappointing item is that they charge for local delivery of the daybed, and then also charge for take-away of the old one. Luckily I have a convertible and was able to take the chair with me.

I had a wonderful experience working with Patty Rosas at the Rancho Mirage store. She has a pleasant demeanor; oriented me to the options through the showroom, and gave me the space to try out the furniture and take my time. I went back 3 times before selecting a set of 4 patio chairs. Patty helped go through the fabric options and then demonstrated how the fabric looked on the chairs using a computer program. By the time I had gone through everything, thought about them, and rechecked everything using the online program, I settled on a beautiful set of chairs that will be perfect on my patio.

We have purchased all our patio furniture from CA Patio since 2019. Their customer service is always top tier- from Jacqueline to Chanelle to Maricela. They will price match and have the lowest price guaranteed (which we have always found to be true!) we just refreshed some of our furniture and are so happy with our purchases.

We were looking for a new and expandable outdoor table and chair set. Stopped in while in the area. Called back the next day, and Patty had researched added chairs for us even before she knew we would call back, and had us all set in short order with exactly what we wanted. Even the items at other locations they rounded up quickly. Looking forward to the delivery and set up for use by the end of the week! Very good service and quality product.

We purchased many pieces of outdoor furniture for our courtyard and back patio from California Patio. Freddy was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different furniture options and colors. Freddy helped us to select the same color of metal furniture even though it was from different vendors. We have a unique look in the courtyard that can be easily moved to the patio for larger gatherings giving us a cohesive look. The furniture is beautiful, comfortable and not excessively warm in the summer heat. We are looking forward to many years of entertaining outside.

California Patio has the best selection by far in La Quinta. The sales team were so helpful and we were able to find the right solution for our outdoor space.

The showroom had a large selection for me to choose from. Nina took the time to understand what my preferences and priorities were for a patio table and chairs. She took the time to show me my options. Once I decided what table and chairs I wanted she took the time to help me pick up the perfect upholstery to seamlessly fit in with my existing patio furniture.

We were looking for cushions and a new umbrella for our deck and Melanie was great in helping us find what we needed. Didn't have the right size/color cushions but the new umbrella is great. Good job.

We were looking for two Tupelo in water chairs for our Baja shelf. We needed them in time for a family gathering for the masters golf tournament. Within A few minutes, they had tracked down two at different store locations and arranged to have those delivered to the La Quinta store. They gave me a target day of arrival and they beat that time by one day. Above and beyond service, no hassles, great communication.

No problems. We found two chairs to buy. They are more expensive than box stores but I trust they are made well and will last a long time. Good selection. Nice furniture.

The staff is very knowledgeable and supportive with the training of new staff....she was extremely patient and helpful. Our salesman was attentive, polite, and eager to learn. The quality of the furniture seems to be very nice (time will tell), only have had it less than a month.

We've purchased from California Patio all our high-end patio furniture, sun-blocking covers, and most recently a Red Umbrella. Our desert oasis looks great thanks to them. They have high-quality inventory or are able to procure something for us without any hassle. I'm thinking a second Red Umbrella might be in our future.

California Patio has a large and nicely displayed collection of quality patio furniture. The staff know their products and are willing to spend plenty of time to help you find what you need. We visited four other patio stores, none of which had anywhere near the selection and knowledgeable staff that we found at California Patio.

I initially went to California Patio just to physically look at fabric samples for some patio chair cushions I had planned on ordering from a vendor up in LA. After meeting with Rosemarie, who was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in fabrics, (she was very kind as well), it didn't take me long to decide to order my cushions from her instead. She also gave me advice on how to make the fabric last longer and how to polish the metal so that it looks new. She mentioned the lead time on new cushions is (8) weeks, (mid-January). Fast forward to 12/12/23, I receive a surprise call from Rosemarie stating the cushions are ready for pickup. It had only been (4) weeks from the day I had placed the order! This means that my family visiting from out of town will be able to enjoy the chairs and patio over the Christmas holidays. I am very pleased with the color and quality of the new cushions, (see photos). It has truly been a pleasure doing business with Rosemarie and California Patio. Thank you so much!
